THE EDEL ARTIDOTE PROJECT
Dear friends ,community and esteemed art collectors ,
With G -d's grace I invite you to share in my Edel "Artidote" project
to help illuminate our homes ,both yours and ours
with paintings of happiness and joy.
I thank Ted Chernecki of Global News who inspired me
to counter tragedy and darkness with this "Artidote " idea
after he interviewed me regarding our life changing story.
A few recent years ago my wife and I were bilked of
the majority of our life savings totalling $500,000
as a result of the bankruptcy and felony by a well known
highly recommended supposed government licenced financial advisor.
Inadequate Canadian government licencing ,
procrastinating RCMP investigations
and bungled bureaucratic securities commissions
have swept away any hope for recompense and recovery.
Although it may seem that our earthly lives have been ruined
I believe the Almighty has challenged my paintbrush and I
with a blessing in disguise to elevate my "Artidote " project
with passionate optimism and joy to help renew happiness
not just for us and our supportive art collector clientele
but most importantly to also bring joy to people
who G-d forbid may struggle to survive with far worse situations.
In some painful uncanny way we work on believing that
our stolen $500,000 can only be an investment for the good .
Ted Chernecki inspired us to move forward and embrace life
with the gift of art that G -d gave me .
Dear friends and collectors of fine art, although today’s economy
presents a formidable challenge,
to paraphrase the Beatles and former Prime Minister Harper,
"With A Little Help From My Friends ",
together we may all be uplifted .
